Recruiting skilled IT staff presents many unique challenges. The Virgin Mobile strategy to employ 30+ IT specialists employed unique response handling and screening processes.A dedicated campaign website was created and managed by Academy providing full information on Virgin Mobile, the job roles and other background information. All responses were managed on line. CV screening tools enabled a more detailed analysis of a candidate's abilities to be developed and at the same time allowed the candidate to track the status of their application.The process was efficient and easy to use. Successfully screened candidates progressed to line manager interview stage more quickly than through traditional chanels enabling all the objectives of the campaign to be achiieved.
