Success Modelling
Using job analysis techniques, we model your existing workforce to examine the knowledge, skills, motivators, personal attributes, background, values and experience that are required to be successful in your environment. Creating a Candidate Flow

    A carefully designed application form can elicit specific responses against pre –determined selection criteria. We work with you to establish these criteria, design a relevant document and to enable an effective first sift.

    The Internet is a powerful response channel and can be utilised successfully in all campaigns. Our experience enables us to exploit these opportunities and to harness Internet resources to automatically create a short list for you. We incorporate a number of leading assessment tools that are fully compliant with BPS standards
  • Telephone response
    We dedicate a response line to you, which is answered in your company name. Competency designed interviews are designed for each job role and are undertaken by CIPD qualified assessment specialists.

Assessment Centre
We can design set up and manage assessment centres on your behalf to ensure that hiring decisions are consistent and objective. The effectiveness of an assessment centre will depend on the strength of each component exercise. Our exercises are designed specifically to measure performance and to identify candidates who will excel in your environment.
Our assessors are BPS qualified and have experience of a wide range of assessment centre techniques including Aptitude Testing, Personality Assessment, In-tray Exercises, Group Exercises, Presentations, Trading Simulations.

Administration and Reporting
Our MIS systems and candidate tracking process ensure that you retain control at all times. They also guarantee a consistent, speedy process for applicants. Appropriate letters are generated using your corporate identity to either reject or move an applicant to the next stage of the process. We are available to give personal feedback to candidates at all stages.
